50 million blinds recalled due to strangulation threat. While it is definitely tragic that some children have died, but do we agree with these extreme measures against beautiful window treatments? I, personally, totally agree. Blinds were evil and harmful to humans since their invention. And now they started killing kids?? And I think it is only the tip of an iceberg. I think we should recall all of the household items that have some kind of cord, sharp edge or make any kind of noise. Or even better, let's make this world a safer place and recall electricity. Can you imagine how many people have died from it since its invention a few years ago? Please do not hesitate to send your suggestions of items that should not be used due to their design flaws, I will take them into consideration and follow appropriate procedures to eliminate them from your lives. On a more serious note, my sincere condolences to childrens' families...
